1. Who we are

PDL Lifestyle LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its place of business at 601 N Congress Ave, Unit 602, Delray Beach, FL 33445, United States.

2. The website and the club

The website presents the club and lets you request an invitation or a private preview. Nothing on this site is an offer of membership. Membership is granted at our discretion after review, and is governed by the separate membership agreement and house rules you sign when you join.

3. Applications and accounts

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, harassment or misuse of the club.

4. Bookings, storage and services

Bookings for bays, detailing, barbershop, meeting space and events are subject to availability and to the cancellation windows shown at the time of booking. Vehicles stored or serviced with us remain the property and responsibility of the member, who must carry their own comprehensive insurance. We are not a bailee for hire beyond the terms of the signed membership and storage agreement.

5. Fees

Membership rates are shared during your private preview and set out in your membership agreement. Where recurring billing applies, charges renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with that agreement.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive or discriminatory conduct on the site, in the app or on the property.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to breach security.
• No photography or publication of other members, their vehicles or club spaces without consent.

7. Intellectual property

The PDL Lifestyle name, logo, imagery, copy and software are ours or our licensors'. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
