1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the club:

• Information you give us. Name, email, phone, city, vehicle details, membership interest, tour preferences and anything you write in a form or message.
• Member account data. Profile details, vehicles in your garage, service and valet requests, event RSVPs, guest registrations and access history at the clubhouse.
• Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source and basic marketing attribution (for example a campaign parameter in a link).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How we use it

• Review applications, schedule private previews and manage memberships.
• Operate the clubhouse: storage, car care, valet, bookings, events and guest access.
• Send service messages and, if you opt in, club news and event invitations.
• Protect the building, our members and their vehicles, and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Measure site performance and improve our services.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (membership and services), legitimate interests (security, service improvement, direct communication with applicants), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies) and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who work on our behalf under contract — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing when applicable — and with authorities when required by law or to protect people and property.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for detail and opt-out options.

6. Security and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions. Clubhouse areas are monitored by camera for security. We keep applicant data while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; member records are kept for the life of the membership plus the period required by tax and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or object to certain processing. Florida and other U.S. residents may also opt out of marketing at any time using the link in our emails. To exercise any right, email info@pdllifestyle.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is operated in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed there under appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced to members in the app.
